By accessing or using TimerZen.com ("the site," "TimerZen," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What the site is

TimerZen provides free, browser-based countdown timers and informational guides about focus, productivity, and meditation. All timers run locally in your browser. No account is required to use any feature.

Acceptable use

The site, including its layout, written content, graphics, and source code, is owned by or licensed to the operator of TimerZen and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the content in your browser for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, resell, or make derivative works from substantial portions of the content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, brief quotations with attribution).

The "TimerZen" name and logo are trademarks of the site operator.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimerZen and the individuals who operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the use of the site in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim — which, for a free site, will generally be zero.
